I normally have porridge for breakfast as it fills me up to lunch. If I don’t have breakfast then I get really grumpy and headachey at work so I don’t like to miss it!!!! In the summer if it’s a bit too hot for porridge, or I’m in a hurry, I might just grab a banana. What do you have???
Hi again! You just reminded me! I forgot to have breakfast this morning… that’s probably why I made a couple of mistakes today! At the moment, my favourite is Ricicles, but I am slowly getting converted back to the old cheerios… but I think having a good breaky’s a really good way of making sure you’re wide awake. That’s why I always had a packet of sweets during my exams!
