• Question: How hot is the sun in degress celcius

      Good question!
      I didnt actually know the answer to this one, but I have looked it up and I think that the core of the sun is 15,000,000°C. In other words pretty hot!!

      @schetani – about 5600 degrees C if the internet is anything to go by! Sorry I don’t know much about the sun.

      the sun is around 5505 degrees celcius – that is about 55 times hotter than boiling water! But that’s just the surface temp. The core is 13 and a half MILLION degrees!! Reason? it’s basically a start that is made up of an enormous nuclear holocaust!! It’s crazy…
